Customer represents that he/she is the owner or the agent for the owner of the vehicle to be transported and by his/her
signature on the other side hereof, hereby authorizes transporter to transport the vehicle and subject to the terms and
conditions herein.
Customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport. All loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, low
hanging spoilers, etc. must be removed and properly secured. Any part of the vehicle that falls off during transport is
the customer's responsibility including damages caused by said part to any and all other vehicles involved.
Owner/Customer is obligated to ensure that the vehicle being transported has been serviced properly and completely
in anticipation of the elements involved in the transportation, that it is roadworthy, that it is filled with antifreeze and
other necessary fluids, and that it is equipped with properly inflated tires. Transporter will not be responsible for
damage caused by freezing of engine, cooling systems, and/or batteries. Customer shall be liable for any special
charges incurred by transported for loading, unloading, storing the vehicle until delivery caused by any failure of
owner/customer to comply with its obligation herein of for otherwise not having the vehicle prepared for transport.
Customer agrees that should this vehicle become inoperative for any reason during the transport, a charge of $100.00
to $300.00 will be added to the transport charges and can be collected at time of vehicle delivery.
Transporter will not be liable for loss, theft or damage to any items left in the vehicle. Since the interior of the vehicle
is not inspected by the carrier, the carrier is not responsible for reported interior damage or disappeared items.
Customer/Owner will incur additional charge of $200.00 (not to exceed $400.00) for stuff transported in the vehicle
that weigh more than 100lb (pounds).
No delivery time is guaranteed. All delivery dates and times are only estimates of normal deliveries (delays may
occur.) Transporter does not agree to transport shipment in time for any particular market of event and will not be
responsible for loss or damages occasioned by unavoidable delay. There are absolutely no guarantees made, expressed
or implied, regarding delivery times or dates. No auto rental will be honored (for delays, damage or accidents.)
PROFESSIONAL AUTO CARRIERS, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
External damage to your vehicle caused by leaking fluids, either from your vehicle or any other vehicle on the
transporter including but not limited to the cooling system, transmission fluid, battery acid or oil of for any industrial
fall out.
Any mechanical function damages to include: engine, transmission, rear end, motor mounts, drive trains, wiring
systems, cooling systems, window motors, radios, stereo systems, power steering, air bag, brake cable or brake
system, clutch, engine tuning, vehicle computerization system, alarm systems, any switch, alignment or suspension,
etc« (anything that is mechanical or electrical.)
Damage which is undetected due to vehicle's dirty condition at the time of pick up.
Damage caused by road pebbles or other road objects such as but not limited to glass damage or paint chips.
Prior normal wear and road use such as but not limited to small scratches, paint chips, scuffs, abrasions, and parking
or curb barrier damage. This also includes the under body of the vehicle.
For damage that results to the vehicle from tie downs breaking or tearing.
Transporter will not be responsible for any exhaust system, mufflers, or tail pipes. No Exceptions.
Transporter will not be responsible for convertible tops that are loose, torn, or have visible wear.
Transporter will not be responsible for vehicle boots, caps, masks, bras, or any other type of canvas or material
coverings. No Exceptions.
Due to customer's location vehicle can be driven up to 50 miles. Fuel will be reimbursed upon customer's request if
any provision or part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable; all other parts of this Agreement
remain in effect.
Signing the transporter's bill of lading/inspection report and/or the other side of this receipt at destination without
noting any damage shall be evidence of satisfactory delivery of the vehicle free of any damages. Inspect your vehicle
front and back, top and bottom, before signing your name when receiving your vehicle. By signing this bill of lading,
you release transporter from any claims and litigations.
